Dr. Sandy Gordon
Dr. Sandy first experienced the value in chiropractic care at age 10. Her mom had experienced a debilitating episode of sciatic pain after ignoring the problem for years. A family friend had finally convinced her to seek help with their respected chiropractor Dr. Sharon Gorman. It was the philosophy of the office that chiropractic care was not just for pain but better function and wellness for everyone in the family. Dr. Sandy at age 9 had suffered with horrible migraines after landing on her neck while on a trampoline. Shortly after her first adjustment, her headaches had become a thing of the past, and her mother's health and function greatly improved. At age 16, her first job was helping out at the front desk in that same office. It was here that she fell in love with the service of helping people to live a better quality life through chiropractic care. Dr. Sharon Gorman generously mentored her in how to love for the sake of loving and serve for the sake of serving. After graduating from Pocono Mountain High School in 2002, she started her undergraduate studies locally at Northampton Community College so she could continue to gain experience working in the office. After graduating with her doctorate of chiropractic from Life University in Marietta, Georgia in 2009, she returned to work for Dr. Gorman, this time in her East Stroudsburg location. After over 7 years, she purchased the practice that had been her home for all these years. It is her mission to educate and inspire her community to live a healthier, more vitalistic lifestyle. Dr. Sandy is also the proud mom of 2 unbelievably loving, kind spirited boys, Bryson and Logan.
